St. Mary's Central Catholic School Board is an advisory body that sets and supervises the overall policies for the operation of the school in accordance with the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and the Diocese of San Angelo. The board works in conjunction with the Pastor, Principal, Diocesan School Commission and the Home and School President. Board members represent the five parishes in Odessa. Monthly meetings are open to all parents and guardians of St. Mary's Central Catholic School. However, Executive Sessions are closed meetings. Non-board members who wish to be heard must submit a request in writing stating the item to be addressed. The request to speak must be submitted to and approved by both the president of the board and the principal 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
