School Financials and Expenses

DATE UPDATED – August 12, 2017

St. Mary’s Central Catholic School financial report is updated frequently to keep you informed of where we are in the school year. We want to maintain the title of the most affordable accredited private school in the Permian Basin. By doing this we can be very transparent in where we are in fundraising and donations. Tuition alone only covers 70% of the total cost to educate a child at St. Mary’s Central Catholic School. To achieve 100% cost we count on our SMCCS community and families to get involved and participate in some of our events and fundraisers. We also use the extra collected cost to update curriculum and school facilities. Below you will see the cost to operate, what we receive in tuition, total cost raised by events and extra cost. You will also view our goal and what we plan on purchasing if we exceed our goal.

SMCCS Financial Goal

We want to be the best in the district and to achieve that, our goal is to raise a total of $150,000 more than our total cost to operate. We are a private school and do not receive any federal funds. We are dependent on our fundraisers and donations.
